I have something fun to write about however... so here you are:
This last weekend Annie and I joined our friends the Rigby's (Brandon, Marcie, Rocky and Daisy) and the Richards (Sam, Chrissy, Holland and Becket) for some camping extraordinaire. Our original plans were a little bolder than we thought (a little early to get up as high as we wanted... at least without a hummer), but we landed in a lovely spot on Hills Creek reservoir outside of Oakridge, Oregon. The spot was perfect!
I spent my birthday fishing, floating, napping in a hammock, playing games and eating great food. It was awesome. The water and sky were the bluest of blues... a color we haven't seen much this spring!
Thanks to the Rigby's, Richards and Annie for making it an awesome birthday!!

Ah Oregon, how I love and miss you. That is a great way to spend your birthday!
Just to let you know I'm flying back to OR on July 16th and will be there a week before moving up to Yakima, WA. I'd love to see you guys if it works for you.
