Economic (and other) Stimuli...

Annie and I found this comic profoundly appropriate. I think Annie especially related to the woman wrapped in her winteries inside her home.... It was definitely exciting to recieve the stimulus yesterday... at this point we will use the money to cover our previous stimulations to the economy...
In other Callister family news, we were fortunate to get some help with some furniture from Annie's parents. Annie's mother took her shopping for some fun antique furniture while she was back east. She got some fun stuff that arrived yesterday (along with some chairs that I figured we would never see again (even as I purchased them at an estate sale near Annie's parents place about a year ago). It has been a fun "stimulus" to the vibe in our house.
Maybe it is spring..maybe something else, but Annie and I have gotten all excited about doing some remodeling on the house. We have been brainstorming some fun stuff. We have a room off of our garage that we want to build into the house along with a second bath. We figure if we were ever going to do it... we may as well do it as soon as possible so we can enjoy it, rather than waiting till we resale.
It will be fun to have my family up to visit us and provide some feedback/ideas....manual labor..j/k

I love the new furniture! it is so beautiful!

Annie don't feel alone, I am always bundled up in our house too. I think that our husbands do it on purpose so we want to snuggle up to them more:)

Jake, It's Amy VanDyke Young. My sister got married a few weeks ago. Lokal Grown played at her wedding of course. People in my old home ward still talk about you guys at Mine and Ben's wedding. :]My Dad would love a CD someday. I think that you guys are his favorite band of all times. :] It was good to see some of the old boys but missed some of you too. :]The music was great and it was a blast dancing the night away. I'm glad to see that you're doing good with your cute wife annie. Talk to you later, Your friend, Amy

Annie,
What is your email address? I think I found a picture on my old computer that has you in it. I don't know where I got this photo from.

I was so happy that Mr Bush sent me a little good stuff to spend. We immediately put it into our trip fund! And, were happy to spend it. It was like guilt free money.☺
