Ok,
So we are a little weak on the recent pictures scene. We are missing a camera. Our really nice one is somewhere in Annie's parents house...it has a habit of staying there whenever we visit. And we have talked about getting a smaller more convenient one but it has become an economically sensitive question of late...maybe one for the economic stimulus package... regardless we cant show you whats happening in our lives right now.... so I thought I would go way back and show you what you really want to see.... pictures of us in the early eighties!!! Yes, bands like U2, Mike and the Mechanics, the Cars and Men at Work were cranking out the tunes, Disco was on the down turn (it was time). All of my favorite artists were making really awful and sell-out albums that were an attempt to stay popular but were about as genuine as pleather. The genesis of rap and hip-hop was welling up in urban America. Reagan had been president for a few years and was coming into his own. My mom was pregnant with my brother Daniel. Apple and IBM were just starting to gain momentum in sales of new fangled home computers. Gas was about 90 Cents a gallon. The up and coming release of Return of the Jedi was all the buzz, and the average house price was $23,000 ..... hello!!!!
Are we too young to have a "good ole'days"

Love you,Annie
oh how I miss the 80's... it was a good time!!
there are some days that I would love to go back, but most of the time where we are is not so bad!!! Wow time really does go by fast though. YOu were sooooo cute. mom
Well $23,000 wont buy you much in the way of real estate here in So. Utah. You cant even buy dirt for that price.
I love your little dog, as soon as we buy a house (hopefully this summer) we are planning on getting one dog and one cat. Im glad that your little doggie likes to hike and be out doors.
1982 was a great year, I was 4 and Crystal wasn't born yet.
you forgot about the really cool skateboard your big brother had, i believe it had hot pink rubber protection on the bottom... i can't even begin to tell you how cool i thought it was. Huffy bikes (and how bad i wanted one because they had cool velcro pads on the handle bars). instead i got a girly purple bike with a banana seat that almost ruined my reputation with the neighborhood kids. ah....1982...transformers, and starwars toys! splitting happy meals at mcdonalds cause 2.00 was too much to spend on each kid. oh... you may not want to mention the frogs and fence incidents...
okay, i am more than a little excited that you have a blog! especially when i get to see cute pictures like this! do you have any more pictures in that pile that you could share...
