Well, it is that time again. Time to make our January... I mean new YEAR's... resolutions. Having done this several times I have found the most successful strategy to be in making a SHORT list(like two or three things tops). Any more and you lose a prayer for even remembering them. I have also noticed in the past that I treat resolution making much like I would an assignment in High School: crank it out to check it off the list. Although it would be ideal to be considering my resolutions the last few weeks of December it just doesn't happen. I have thus made my peace with utilizing the first part of January as a "Research and Development" period for resolution making. This makes them both more appropriate and harder to forget. Another key to successful resolution setting for me is making those around me aware of my resolutions.
I pray you all have a wondrous 2010! I am hoping it will be a benchmark year for the Jacob and Annie Callister family too.
